Strategic partnership signed between Emirates Identity Authority and On Time Document Services to input the population’s data

Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for young business leaders (MBRE) has announced that one of its members, ‘On Time Document Services, signed a strategic partnership agreement with the Emirates Identity Authority (EIA) today.

As per the signed agreement, ‘On Time Document Services,’ will be working with the Emirates Identity Authority to ensure that the data filled out by the UAE’s population for the National identity Cards is input onto the EIA’s database.

The agreement was held in the presence of Mr. Abdul Baset Al Janahi, CEO of Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders (MBRE), at the MBRE headquarters in Dubai. It was signed by the Director General of Emirates Identity Authority, HE. Darwish Al Zarouni and the Managing Director of On Time, Mr. Waleid Abdulkareim.

On Time is considered  an outstanding national establishments. It will play an essential role in the provision of technological services and will be the sole agent responsible for inputting the population’s data onto the ( EIA ) databases.

The data entry for each identity application will take approximately three to five minutes. Each document will have a unique barcode that will scan the entire contents of the document and transfer it directly to the EIA database.

Commenting on this agreement, Mr. Abdul Baset Al Janahi, CEO of Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders (MBRE) said:

“All of our members have achieved remarkable results, excelled in their business and made significant contributions to our society, particularly in the field of information technology.”

He added that:
“On Time is one of the leading establishments in the UAE that has shown remarkable growth in a relatively short period of time. It is the company’s dedication and outstanding commitment to excellence that has allowed it to enter into government establishments and authorities such as the Emirates Identity Authority.”

Commenting on the recently signed agreement, HE. Darwish Al Zarouni, Director General of Emirates Identity Authority, said:

"On Time Document Services has offered many significant technological solutions that have had a positive impact in the implementation and development of the registration process.”

He added:
“The UAE youth have proven their competence in all areas and the best example is the efforts of On Time managing and conducting its business. On Time has played an important role in the field of data entry for UAE nationals and residents.  The speed and accuracy of On Time with regards to data entry has saved the Emirates Identity Authority a great deal of time and effort.
