MRHE concludes first stage of its strategy Document

Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE) concluded the first stage of its Strategy Document for the coming five years (2008-2013), during which the mission, vision values and strategic goals were discussed.

Asma Mousa Mouhammed, Director of Strategic and Quality Management at Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment said:

“MBRHE is keen on working in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoom, as well as the Dubai Strategic Plan to provide suitable housing for all citizens.’’

“MBRHE's strategy aims to adopt the highest level of business practice by working in partnership with various governmental organizations.

The Five Year plan of Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment started as a special workshop in which all MBRHE members were involved, and given the opportunity to speak their minds.

Along with the employees’ performance survey, this workshop was the first phase of the MBRHE strategic plan, according to Asma.

The remaining phases of the strategy will focus on defining the Establishment's strategic goals, setting the operational programs, and determining the institutional performance indices. All employees at MBRHE will participate in this plan, and in setting the performance indicators and the business plan.

Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment strives to achieve the highest performance levels possible. The Establishment also adopts modern business plans that are transparent and ensure to ensure customers' satisfaction.
