MBRHE, banks discuss means of facilitating procedures for UAE nationals

The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has held a meeting with representatives of a number of banks operating in Dubai with the aim of coordinating efforts to help the UAE nationals secure the additional funds they need to own their houses in Oud Al Mateina housing project.

The meeting, which was held at the MBRHE's headquarters, was chaired by engineer Mohammed Bo Rahima Assistant Executive Director for Housing Affairs, MBRHE. It was attended by representatives of Noor Islamic Bank, Al Hilal Bank and Emirates Islamic Bank.

The meeting discussed the financial facilities that can be offered by these banks to the UAE nationals who need additional funds to the soft loans provided by the MBRHE.

In the meeting, Mr. Abdullah Al Shehhi, Projects Management Director, MBRHE, explained the main features of Oud Al Mateina project, giving details of types, numbers, components and prices of the housing units, in addition to the available services.

After that, Mr. Jasim Hussein, MBRHE's Operations Director, touched upon the mechanism adopted for allocating houses for beneficiaries.

For his part, Mohammed Bo Rahima and the departments' heads in MBRHE responded to inquiries of banks' representatives, including those related to documentation and the Establishment's allocation policy.

Bo Rahima reiterated MBRHE's keenness to facilitate all issues that help the UAE nationals complete all the procedures and own the houses they dream of. He said the meeting, which was held in that context, aimed at providing the UAE nationals with the best choices to secure the additional funds to the soft loan offered to them by the MBRHE and to coordinate all the efforts excreted in this regard.
