With the aim of offering best services and saving citizens' time and efforts
MRHE launches restructured and updated web portal

The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE) has launched its new, updated and restructured website. Changes in the portal are tailored to match the Establishment's vast development, to meet its needs and the increasing services it offers to the UAE nationals and to respond to the inquiries of the beneficiaries. 

Mr. Sami Gargash, Deputy Managing Director of MRHE, has launched the new portal that keeps pace with the huge strides in the Establishment's activity.

In a speech give on this occasion, Mr. Gargash said:"The web portal has been developed to go along with MRHE's fast paced progress and to offer the best services to the UAE nationals. The move comes in line with the vision of our prudent leadership, and in particular the vision of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai. This vision calls upon adapting the latest technologies and providing citizens with the highest level of services. The new website also indicates MRHE's keenness to keep up with the latest technologies and using them to serve the UAE people."

The Deputy Managing Director of MRHE lauded the high-tech innovative design of the new website, its contents and colours that match with the Establishment's logo. He noted that the Home Page, which is used as the Establishment's main gate, showcases numerous links to enable users to surf the website easily and to access the required information.

"This website will efficiently facilitate interaction between the Establishment and clients. We will be able to keep an eye on all citizens' requests, recommendations and inquiries regarding the houses, loans or plots offered to them. We will have the opportunity to easily respond to all inquiries and to enhance interaction with the public." He noted.

He said that people will have the chance to access different sections and get the information and the answers they seek wherever they are and with no need to head for the Establishment's headquarters.

"Through the website, users may contact the Grants and Housing Loans Department and fill in loan application forms. They can get informed about us, our news, projects and activities, names of beneficiaries and prices and areas of the offered villas." He added.

Concluding his speech, Mr. Gargash expressed his gratitude to all the efforts made to produce the MRHE's website in the new look that satisfies the Establishment's ambitions.

On his part, Mr. Yaqoub Al Hosany, IT Manager, MRHE, stressed the Establishment's aspiration to extend the best and highest level of services to the UAE Nationals. He added that it endeavored to develop its web portal with the aim of providing the UAE nationals with the chance to make the ultimate use of its contents, to access the information they need, to get answers to their inquiries, to be able to have an electronic contact with the Establishment and to have their requests processed without any need to visit the Establishment's headquarters.

Al Hosany pointed out to the Home Page which contains many links, such as Headlines, that enable users to know about the Establishment, its services, achievements and news. He further explained the Registration link that gives an electronic access to all applications and forms (Housing Grants Applications, Housing Loans Applications).

"As for Beneficiaries link, it shows lists of all nationals who have benefited from the Establishment's loans, houses or plots even before they are on the media. The Home Page also displays the four latest news of the Establishment where the user can click on any one to read it in full." He explained.

Al Hosany further referred to the feedback section where the Establishment may conduct various polls regarding its services. He also reviewed the Current Projects link, which shows the Establishment's latest project and the other links and sections that meet all the needs and requirements.

"In our website, there are allocated advertising areas to be booked by companies, firms and departments. We have also allocated advertising areas to promote MRHE's products and services, Mass Communication programmers, or any other information the Establishment would like to display to the website visitors." Al Hosany Concluded.
