Construction Of Aswaaq Community Center In Al Twar 1 Gets The Go Ahead

Aswaaq has announced that the construction work of its second community center in Al Twar1 with over ½ Million Sft built-up area is ready to begin. The enabling contract is awarded to Korea boring and contractor is ready to begin the enabling works on site.
The new community centre consists of 3 basement car parks, ground floor and 5 floors. Aswaaq supermarket will be the anchor store on the ground floor along with around 20 retail shops with different areas.
The other five floors will be allocated for leasable offices and services and each floor will comprise a number of offices with common activity such a clinics and government departments and aswaaq main offices
Commenting on the recent announcement, Deputy CEO of aswaaq, Yousuf Sharaf said:
