Aswaaq nad Al hamar provides all family's needs
Nad Al Hamar residents welcome the first aswaaq community center in the UAE

 aswaaq , a Public Joint Stock Company under formation, opened its first community centre in Nad Al Hamar area in Dubai. From the early morning, all the sections in the new centre started to receive visitors who came either to do their shopping or to take part in the activities being organized for the occasion.

Visitors to Nad Al Hamar community centre will be able to get all their needs and requirements through aswaaq's main supermarket that occupies a wide area offering all kinds of food stuff, consumer goods, products, home and personal necessities that have been carefully chosen to meet their needs.

Mr. Abdul Baset Al Janahi, aswaaq's CEO, said that Nad Al Hamar community center is the first in a chain of other centres to be opened in the future to meet the needs of populated areas in Dubai. 

He noted that 60% of the leased shops have been offered to members of Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders (SME) and the area's residents.
Ms. Najla Al Khaja, aswaaq's Leasing Manager, commended the interest shown by the youth to rent shops and establish their own businesses in aswaaq's centres that cater for the community needs. She stressed that all tenants are committed to the leasing terms and condition set by the centre's management even though some are new in the business field. 

aswaaq community center in Nad Al Hamar houses a number of retail shops which supply a variety of services such as: Super Vision (Optics shop), Waselati Centre for photocopy and typing, o5o telecom, Emirates Road Automatic Laundry, Emirates Driving Institute, Ghashawi Abaya and Sheila, Sweet Greet gift wrapping, Wall Street Exchange, in addition to a number of fast food outlets and they are Al Farooj Fresh and Snacks.

Nad Al Hamar community center is characterized by its fascinating heritage-inspired design that aligns with the traditional designs of the surrounding houses. Attention has also been given to provide sufficient parking areas to ensure shoppers' comfort and convenience.

Aswaaq Nad Al Hamar is the smallest aswaaq community center. It was built on an approximate area of 40,000 square feet in the heart of Nad Al Hamar area in Dubai and is considered the smallest community center for aswaaq. This complies with aswaaq's strategy that aims at creating community centres in the populated areas to meet the residents' needs, supply the essential services, and offer job as well as investment opportunities for the UAE nationals.
