Feeling a little peckish, before you reach for that bag of chips or dial for a take-out to be delivered, satisfy your hunger with something a little more nutritious. There has been a lot in the news lately about so called Superfoods, these foods, which are rich in fibre, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals can do wonders for your health. There are many wonderful superfoods out there but according to Lifestyle on Yahoo Canada, the following list contains the most commonly recommended superfoods; apples, berries, nuts, salmon and sweet potato.
