Queen Rania Speaks Out on YouTube!

We are stronger when we listen, smarter when we share”

Once again, YouTube has proven to present the ideal platform on which the world can speak out and share their ideas.  At the YouTube Live Awards, Queen Rania of Jordan recently was honored with the Visionary Award, and we were all surprised to find out that she launched her very own YouTube channel.  Queen Rania is known for her efforts in bridging the gap between the Arab world and the globe by breaking down stereotypes and foster values of tolerance and acceptance to create a cross-cultural dialogue.  She is more than a celebrity; she is a humanitarian, a shining star who not only strives to make Jordan a better place, but the globe as well.

Queen Rania’s passion, devotion and sincerity to making the world a better place is obvious through her intent tone of voice.  She wants to create change, inspire people across the world to make a world of difference.

YouTube is one of the internet’s most popular websites, creating an ideal global platform on which people can speak up to promote change.  It would be great if more people across the Arab World took similar initiatives to instigate critical thinking.  It’s unfortunate that there are so few Arab Web Media platforms, which is what inspired Queen Rania to start her very own YouTube channel, to represent the Arabian voice.  There is an increasing demand for video sharing websites; inshallah in the near future we will see more video platforms that are focusing on the Arab World.

Queen Rania ended her speech by saying: “This video won’t change the world, but it may help change some minds.”
