It’s hard to believe that in less than a week O2 will be 3 years old. Time sure does fly by. As a yearly tradition, employees from all the O2 offices; Bahrain, Abu Dhabi and Dubai and PR, interactive and marketing departments will get together for 1 day at the Villa Rotana to celebrate the company’s success.

With approximately 60 employees attending the O2 3rd Anniversary, the company has come along with from its original 5 employees back in 2005.  This year, the celebrations will take place at the Villa Rotana Hotel where employees will hear key note presentations from management, will engage in a workshop session and have the opportunity to interact with employees from the other offices. In addition, O2 will be presenting an award ‘Employee of the Year’ award to one employee who has gone above and beyond expectations this year. The decision will be made by a panel of six judges; Paul Gostick, Former Chairman of the CIM, John Ford, CEO the One Center in Sydney, Australia, Tarek Shiekh Al Shabab, Media Director of IPSOS, Mohammed Johmani, MD O2, Mohammed Al Meeza, VC O2 and Ayman Alajmi, GM AIG. The selection criteria will be based on the employee’s contribution to O2 and the results they have achieved.
